I am an AT&T customer. I’ve been an AT&T customer for years. Among the family, we’ve got 2 iPhones, a Windows Mobile phone, and until recently, 2 GoPhones.

After Netflix suffered from a “logistics error”, several DVD shipments were delayed. Netflix has sent out apology emails and credited each account with a 5% discount.
As a Netflix customer, I’m happy they responded with a discount and an apology, but I still am a bit annoyed that they have delayed my DVDs. Oh well.
