crack phone [krak•fohn] - A loadable cell phone that a drug dealer or criminal can dispose of without major loss of his or her funds (e.g. AT&T GoPhones). Or now the new $20 cell phone that European company Hop-On plans to market the LCD screen-less phone towards “children” and “teenagers.” The phone runs on a simple Texas Instruments chip and operates at a 900/1800 MHz frequency. No dates of release have been announced.
