As it may already be known, a 3G iPhone is in the works.  A release date has not been announced, but Walt Mossberg believes that it is due in 60 days.  He should know as he often tests Apple products before they are on store shelves.  Just cross your fingers and hope that he is right so we can finally stop using EDGE.
