The XO Laptop project, also known as the OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) project, has made a deal with EA to distribute the old SimCity software to give away on XO Laptops. XO Laptops are designed to be given away to third world countries in Africa. For more information on the XO project, you can take a look at http://laptop.org.
