Verizon Wireless recently announced the UM150 USB Modem.  The modem allows broadband access to Mac OSX and Windows (XP, 2000, Vista) computers.  The download speeds will very from around 600kbps to 1.4mbps.  With an upload speed of 500 - 800 kbps.  It relies on Verizon’s EVDO network and will set you back around $79.99 after the $50 mail-in rebate.  It requires a $59.99/month two year contract.  Personally, I won’t be buying this.
