Leopard Easter Egg

BSOD WINDOWS

Apple takes their jokes to a whole new level.

Apple has just released their new operating system, Mac OS X Leopard. With tons of new features and fixes, it isn’t too absurd to think that they would include an easter egg in it somewhere. Leopard uses a new icon to show the machines on your local network. These being a brand new thin, sleek iMac if there is a Macintosh on the server, or a retro PC with a CRT monitor that has BSODed out if it is a Windows machine. This is no gag either, the new icon is very obvious to anyone who looks at the other machines on their server. The joke can be fixed quite easily, but that wouldn’t be any fun now would it?
